We specialise in turning around large problem fleets.

We also set up and occupy empty workshops to show how a fleet can be maintained before employing full time staff giving companies the chance to see the benefits of keeping maintenance in house rather than contracting it out.

We have worked with some of Londons biggest fleets inheriting poorly maintained vehicles with very little service history and runaway costs.

We can Implement service schedules & offer personalised excel fleet sheets to better manage, mots, service dates Mots and fridge services. We also report defects in real time to the fleet sheet keeping everyone aware of potential issues.

We can turn around a LGV/HGV fleet from very poorly operating to highly efficient within 3 months usually. Then we can hand it back to another local repairer or we can look at taking it on ourselves under contract.

We can cover a large area and multiple depots without question but we are also careful to take on the right amount of work.
